The views from the hotel room were amazing, with a stunning vista of the bay and island. The room was clean, comfortable and had a great shower. Checking in and out was smooth, and the staff was efficient and courteous. The location was convenient for exploring the city.
The breakfast was mediocre, and the selection was limited. The hotel did not offer coffee or tea in the rooms.

We enjoyed the fine sea views from our cozy and comfortable room. The hotel staff were courteous, efficient, and made great efforts to assist us in a difficult situation. The location was convenient with easy access to transportation.

We had an exceptional stay at this luxurious hotel! the exclusive amenities such as the indoor and infinity pool, spa & wellness centre, and sun loungers were top-notch. the staff provided outstanding service, always willing to assist. the room advantages were highly appreciated, such as the breathtaking view from our window and the privacy of our private facilities. the restaurant offered delicious in-room breakfast, and the location advantage was perfect for us.
this was not a significant problem at all, given the numerous luxurious amenities that this hotel provides.

The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning! We enjoyed waking up to the picturesque scenery of the harbor and the island. the comfortable bed in our room also helped us get a good night's rest. the efficient and polite staff made checking in and out a breeze.

The hotel offered an enjoyable stay with comfortable rooms, great views, and polite staff. the sea view rooms overlooking Haicang Bay and Xiamen island were particularly breathtaking. Although not on the beachfront, the hotel was only a short drive from many options by the beach available. the rooms were spotless and the breakfast was comparable to what one would get at a Holiday Inn Express.
Guests experienced long waits due to only having one staff member on desk at all times.
